We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, however everything was excellent. All the staff was supper friendly and best. Besides, the location was ideal for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of a cultural museum.

We stayed in the perfect location for a festive weekend. The lively downtown and its restaurants and bars were just a few minutes away on foot. The room was cozy and spotless, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The staff provided excellent service and served a delicious breakfast. We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the city from the rooftop as we lounged in the pool. The concierge arranged for a massage service that was much needed after a day of sightseeing.
The hotel lacked some basic amenities such as a gym or fitness center on location.

Fairly clean hotel in a beautiful building so close to an inexpensive, quick taxi and cafes and fountains. Incredible and particularly good location for our visit to El Jardin a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. Also, close to everything festive yet quiet enough for a personal retreat. Its location is gorgeous, just next door to the hill that is Santo Domingo, Wonderland's garden and delicious restaurants. The staff are super friendly and amicable, managed the parking on site. The ambiance is quiet.
